Midjourney (Discord)
Caption
Discord /describe command and interactive upscaling grids — generative art through community channels.
Historical Impact
Midjourney launched inside Discord, making a chat platform the UI for image generation. The /describe command and 2×2 upscale grids proved AI tools could live inside existing social interfaces rather than standalone apps.
